Anonymous shop statistics

We collect daily totals for page views, entries to the site, cart additions and checkout activity to understand how the shop is used. These totals include the country supplied by Cloudflare, a broad device category and a referral category (such as Google or a direct link). We do not store IP addresses, visitor IDs, raw browser identifiers, search terms or private order links in these statistics. This measurement does not use analytics cookies, local storage or fingerprinting. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Anonymous traffic totals are retained for 90 days. Order and invoice records are separate.

Contact messages

The contact form saves your name, email address, subject and message in our private store dashboard, hosted on Cloudflare. We use these details to answer your enquiry. Messages are removed automatically after 90 days. Order and invoice records have separate retention requirements. Do not send payment card details through the form.

When you purchase a product and provide your information, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our shipping management, which is not developed by Senhus. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure that they comply with the applicable rules on the protection of personal data.
