Senhus Connect / GUIDE 05

Troubleshooting

Panasonic AC controller · Product documentation

Wi-Fi access point does not appear

These steps apply to Senhus Connect – Panasonic AC.

  1. Allow up to five minutes for the controller's first start, as described in the original guide.
  2. Look for the Senhus Connect Wi-Fi network. The SG-1C and SG-1S network names belong to Detect sensors.
  3. Check whether the controller has already joined your home network; use your router's client list or Home Assistant's device list.
  4. If the controller has no power indication, disconnect power to the AC unit before inspecting its connection. Follow Initial setup.

Do not disconnect or reconnect the controller while the indoor unit is powered.

Setup page does not open

While connected to the controller's access point, open http://192.168.4.1. After saving your home Wi-Fi details, reconnect your phone to your home network.

Home Assistant does not discover it

Check that the controller and Home Assistant can communicate on the local network. Open Settings → Devices & services and check discovered integrations. If it remains unavailable, contact Senhus with the AC model and installed controller details.

Get help

Contact Senhus with your AC model, the controller's power indication, and the step that failed. Only install an update intended for your controller model.
